SOLICITATIONS

The Purchasing staff of the Dysart Unified School District processes approximately 8,000 purchase orders each school year. We also prepare approximately 50 Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposals (RFP) and over 100 written quotations.

Dysart is committed to spending taxpayers dollars in the most efficient and effective manner. This does not always mean that we will accept low bid. We carefully scrutinize products and services to insure the very best use of constituent funds, while encouraging open and fair vendor competition.
