El Mirage 2022-2023 School Goals

El Mirage sets goals every year as part of the continuous improvement process. Our goals are based on input from parent and staff surveys and data. We set three goals this year that will help our students be more successful. 

• Goal #1:  In the 2022-2023 school year, we will increase the percent of proficient students to 50% in ELA and 60% in math at all grade levels. We will decrease the percent of minimally. proficient students by 20% in ELA and math at all grade levels.  
  
• Goal #2: In the 2022-2023 school year, we will decrease behavior referrals by 25%, from 316 to 237.
• Goal #3: In the 2022-2023 school year, we will implement best practices, as defined by the Dysart Instructional Protocol, at 100% in the categories of objectives, checks for understanding, and academic conversations.
