Mrs. Akin's First Grade Source of Sound

Mrs. Akin’s first graders are discovering new things about sound. This week they created kazoos to see what happens when objects vibrate. They were working to answer the question “How can objects vibrate to make sounds of a different pitch?”.They had so much fun making new sounds in the classroom! They also discussed “Why can’t we always see vibrations?”. They then took their kazoos home to share with families.
