Logo Request Form

All Dysart Unified School District schools are registered trademarks with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and/or the State of Arizona. Using trademarks, trade names, logos, icons, colors, and domain names without permission is prohibited. By acknowledging below, you are hereby granted non-exclusive permission to use said trademarks within the parameters set forth:

• The District and School Logos should always include the trademark symbol (TM) except when exempted by the district’s Communications and Public Relations Department. This includes clothing, products, marketing materials, etc.
• Altering the logo in any way provides an inconsistent visual identity that hinders the fundamental purpose behind a logo. It must be displayed in whole without alteration unless express permission is given otherwise. This includes colors, placement, scale, font, design, etc.
