Employment & Income Verification Services

In an effort to provide a more efficient system for employment and income verification, Dysart now uses Experian Verify to complete requests. This process provides instant, automated employment and income verification for former and current Dysart staff.

Third Party Verification Requests:

Requests from a third party (lenders, property manager, prospective employers, etc.) to verify employment or income for a current or former employee should be referred to www.experianverify.com to complete the verification process.

Verifier will need:

  • Employee Social Security Number
  • Employee's Full Name
  • Name of Employer
  • A signed authorization form (if requesting income)

To obtain an instant Employment Certification Form (ECF) for your PSLF application, please follow the instructions below:


  • Visit https://voie.experian.com/app/ee/eeregister.aspx 
  • Select "create an employee account". Please contact Dysart HR (623-876-7912 or HRbox@dysart.org) to obtain Access Code.
  • Once logged in select the "Letters" on homepage or sidebar menu
  • Select "PSLF Letter"
  • A letter with submittal instructions and completed ECF will be generated
