Ashton Ranch works diligently to develop strong student athletes. We understand that for many of our Mustangs, sports serve as an outlet to build relationships, practice good sportsmanship and shine outside of the classroom. This past year, our softball team made it to the middle school finals, taking second place. Our cheer team swept this year's cheer competition taking first place in show cheer, pom, performance cheer, group stunt, mascot and were the overall champions for middle level cheer. We have strong partnerships with our feeder high schools to prepare and develop our athletes should they wish to earn a spot on our high school teams. You can find our Ashton Ranch staff on the sidelines cheering on our Mustang athletes.

Ashton Ranch Middle School is part of the Dysart Schools Green Region. The region comprises schools from the district. Regular season games will be played against teams in that region. At the end of the regular season, the top 6 teams in the Blue and Green Regions will come together and compete in the Dysart Schools Tournament to crown a champion. The top four teams from the Dysart Schools tournament will compete in the Northwest Valley Athletic Conference Tournament of Champions against the top teams from Peoria and Deer Valley Unified School Districts.
