FTA Open House
“A” rated Freedom Traditional Academy, the top ranked K-8 school in the Northwest Valley, is inviting prospective parents and students to an Open House on Thursday, January 22. The event will begin at 5:30pm on the school campus, which is located at 16066 N. Parkview Place in Surprise. Families are encouraged to RSVP. Participants will be able to choose from a variety of informational sessions, including Q&As with the principal and a student-parent panel, as well as sessions on student activities, STEM, gifted programs, curriculum details, accelerated options, and arts and special area classes.

TRADITIONAL SIGNATURE PROGRAM
Freedom Traditional Academy (FTA) is a “school of choice” where the learning is accelerated and the instruction is back to basics. Students at FTA must meet expectations for grades, behavior, and attendance. All students will work one year above grade level in Saxon math and will have the opportunity to accelerate in language arts using Spalding methods based on student data. In addition, Spanish will be offered to all K-8 students and 8th grade students will have the opportunity to receive high school credit in math and Spanish.
Why Freedom Traditional Academy
The reason I love Freedom is because of the high expectations we have here at our school that enable our students to reach academic highs that I don’t get to see elsewhere.
