The vendor fair is open from 10 AM to 2 PM.

Art/Logo Deadline for Sponsors
In order to meet printing deadlines, logos and payment must be turned in to guarantee name, logos, branding on flyers, shirts, programs, etc. We will still accept sponsorships after this date, but certain benefits in the sponsorship package are time sensitive and may be able to be provided.
January 31, 2025:
Deadline for Vendor Applications
February 3, 2025:
Notification of Acceptance or Regret Letters Sent
February 7, 2025:
