Dysart to Host Career and College Expo

Dysart Unified School District invites parents and students to a Career and College Expo on Thursday, October 28 from 5:30 - 7:30pm at the Dysart District Office, located at 15802 N. Parkview Place in Surprise. 

The expo will showcase Dysart's Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs, local colleges, military, and West-MEC. This is a great opportunity for 6th through 11th grade students and their parents to get hands-on with all of the career pathway classes and programs offered at Dysart Schools. This is a free event and all are invited to attend. Details can be found at www.dysart.org/cte.

Dysart Schools offer nineteen CTE programs at four high schools (Dysart High School, Shadow Ridge High School, Valley Vista High School, and Willow Canyon High School.) Programs include Graphic Design, Digital Communications, Digital Photography, Computer Animation, Film and TV Production, Engineering, Software and Coding, Computer Maintenance, Network Security, Law Enforcement, Fire Science, Education Professions, Sports Medicine, Lab Assisting, Nursing Professions, Stagecraft Design and Production, Business and Marketing, Automotive Technology, and Culinary Arts.
