Dysart Board Seeks Community Input on Superintendent Search

DYSART SCHOOLS - The Dysart Unified School District Governing Board is seeking feedback from parents, students, staff and the community to aid in the selection of a new district superintendent. The deadline to submit feedback is August 22, 2022.
A brief, three-question survey is available at Dysart.org/SuperFeedback where the community can share their input on the characteristics they desire in a new superintendent. There is also an opportunity for submissions to note anything the new superintendent should be aware of for a successful start. The district is sharing similar surveys directly with students, staff and parents via email to ensure everyone has an opportunity to provide input that will be used in the selection process.
Interviews for Superintendent finalists with the Governing Board as well as a panel of constituents representing the district are scheduled to take place in September. It is anticipated that the process will be completed in October, 2022 with a July 1, 2023 start date.
