DYSART SCHOOLS - The Dysart Unified School District Governing Board voted to place a capital funding measure, Proposition 421, on the November 3, 2026 ballot. The action was taken during the April 13 Governing Board meeting. Proposition 421 represents an estimated $71.4 million capital funding program focused on maintaining safe, functional learning environments and supporting continued growth in the District. If approved by the voters, the measure would fund a series of priority projects across Dysart schools.
The estimated average annual tax rate for the proposed bond authorization is projected to be approximately $0.17 cents per $100 of net assessed valuation for secondary property tax purposes. Additional information about Proposition 421 will be made available to the community in the coming months.
