Dysart to Host Future Freshman Week
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - 10/19/2026
DYSART SCHOOLS - Dysart families will have the opportunity to explore each of Dysart’s four high schools during Future Freshman Week, November 16-19. Students entering high school in the 2027-2028 academic year, and their parents, are highly encouraged to attend, however anyone exploring future options is welcome to join.
High schools will welcome prospective students and their families to their campus on a designated night to learn about the high school experience, unique and career-related programs, core curriculum, graduation requirements, and the process for registration and class selection. These meetings are designed to provide incoming freshmen with an overview of the academic programs available at Dysart Unified School District’s four high schools and explain the process of registering for ninth-grade classes.
The schedule for Future Freshman Week is as follows for each campus:
- Monday, November 16, 5:30pm - Dysart High School - 11425 N. Dysart Road, El Mirage
- Tuesday, November 17, 5:30pm - Shadow Ridge High School - 10909 N. Perryville Road, Surprise
