Dysart Community Coalition parent interest form

The Dysart Community Coalition is looking for members.  A parent interest form will be sent home with students for you to complete and return to the office or bring to the upcoming meeting on August 31st at El Mirage Elementary School at 4:15 PM.

Would you be available for any of the following events:

• Attend DCC Organization meetings, at least one
• Create and maintain a DCC Bulletin Board
• Create/design and/or sort flyers
• Work during the book fair, either before school, after school, during school
• Butterbraids fundraiser, hand out flyers, hand out orders on delivery day
• Participate in Trunk or Treat
• Teacher Appreciation

The more members we have the more successful we become.  Get Involved Team Surprise!
