Ms Flanigan's 3rd grade class learned that Earth is our home, and it's important that we take care of it. It is important that we continue to learn and protect planet Earth. They discussed several things we can do to help! They can spend the day picking up trash, cleaning parks, planting trees, and even educating others about how important it is to care for our planet. They also learned that the ocean covers 71% of the Earth and makes up 99% of the living space on this planet, and only 1% of all this water is fresh!
