Weekly Updates and End of Year Dismissal

Dear Asante Families- 

The end of the school year has arrived.  We cannot thank you all enough for the amazing year and all of the support for our school community.  We hope you have a safe and wonderful summer and look forward to seeing you in the fall.  Please look for the back to school letter at the end of the July with all the information for next year!  In addition, make sure you save the date for Meet the Teacher on August 1st from 5:00-6:30 PM.  

Below is important information about this week:  

• The last week of school here is the schedule for dismissals those days.  Monday, May 22nd is a 1:00 dismissal.  Tuesday, May 23rd is an 11:15 dismissal.  The last day of school is May 24th, and there is an 11:15 dismissal again. 
• All medications need to be picked up from the health office by May 23rd. After that date, we will need to dispose of any medications left.  Don’t forget the attendance line to call your students out is 623-523-8903, or you can call 623-523-8900 and press 1. Please make sure to leave the student name, grade and the reason for the absence.
