Weekly Updates 1/26/26

We are so excited to share some of the amazing events coming up at our school! There’s a lot to look forward to in the coming weeks, and we can’t wait to see our families on campus. We would also like to warmly welcome you to Parent-Teacher Conferences during the week of February 2nd. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with your child’s teacher and celebrate their growth and progress. 

PTO Bingo Night 

This Friday, the PTO will be hosting Bingo Night in the cafeteria! Open to the first 200 people Time: 5:30–7:00 PM A food truck will be on site The Book Fair will be open for preview during the event PTO FUNdraiser at Peter Piper Pizza Mark your calendars! The PTO will be hosting a FUNdraiser on January 28, 2026, at Peter Piper Pizza on Bell Road. Be sure to mention Asante Prep when you order your support helps give back to our school! 

Book Fair Information 

A huge thank you to everyone who volunteered to help with the Book Fair—we truly appreciate your time and support! The Book Fair will be open February 2nd–6th with the following schedule: Before school each day After school (Monday–Thursday) for one hour Thursday evening open until 6:30 PM Classes will have a scheduled time to visit the Book Fair, so please look for a message from your child’s teacher with specific details. Please note: the Book Fair is cashless, so be sure to load money onto your child’s eWallet in advance. 

Kids Heart Challenge – Sign Up Today! 

Our school is proud to support the American Heart Association through the Kids Heart Challenge, running January 29th–February 20th. This initiative helps save lives while giving our school the opportunity to earn funding and new PE equipment. To get started:

• Make a personal gift to kickstart your efforts 
• Send 5 texts or emails to friends and family asking for support
