Weekly Updates 10/26/26

A giant thank you goes out to our incredible PTO, our wonderful staff, and all the amazing volunteers who helped make this year’s Trunk or Treat such an unforgettable evening for our community! Our school showed up with so much spirit, creativity, and fun, and we are deeply grateful to everyone who gave their time and effort to create such a memorable event for our students. 

 Looking ahead, Asante is proud to team up with the district to support our community through a food drive for the Valley View Food Bank. To add a little friendly competition, we are turning this collection into a school-wide House Challenge! The House that brings in the most canned food and non-perishable items this week will take home a massive 1,000 House Points toward the House Cup. All food donations can be brought directly to the front office anytime between now and Friday, October 30th. While any canned or boxed food is greatly appreciated, the food bank has shared that their highest-need items right now include canned meats, canned vegetables, canned fruits, peanut butter, soups, and macaroni and cheese. Let’s show how caring our Asante Huskies are and fill those collection bins good luck to all our Houses!
