Facility Rentals
In November of 2026 the City of Surprise and Dysart Schools approved an agreement for the use of the Vista Center for the Arts. The City of Surprise will be presenting arts and cultural programming at The Vista Center for the Arts beginning in summer 2026. Dysart Schools continues to own, operate, and maintain The Vista Center for the Arts (The Vista), including for rentals. Read Press Release

Effective July 1, 2025, all facility rental agreements will require a Certificate of Liability Insurance with a minimum coverage of $2,000,000.
- All facility requests will be completed online utilizing Eleyo. Click here to create/log in to an online account.
- Contact Community Education once your account is created to be given account access.
- Once your account access is granted you will be able to check for vacancies, request a facility, pay for your rental(s) and manage your account.
- We will need a signed copy of the Facility Use Guidelines and Facility Use Agreement, as well as a copy of your liability insurance policy.
