Golden Paw Award
The Golden Paw Award is an award that is given to a staff member at MVS for being an outstanding MVS staff member. Each month one staff member will be awarded.
This form is to be filled out by Students (or Parents) for the Golden Paw Award.
The Golden Paw Award will be announced during the Student of the Month Assemblies.
Please only submit one response for each staff member.
