Third Party Education Requests

Third Party Education and Graduation Verifications

• Dysart Unified has partnered with Parchment for all third party education and graduation verification requests. 
  
• All such requests must be placed electronically through parchment.
  
• A fee will be associated with the order.
  
• Your submittal is required to have a consent form signed and dated by the former student which lists the name of your company as the requestor and receiver of the information. The consent must contain language authorizing release of academic/education information.
  

Subpoenas

Information requested through an order issued by the court.  All subpoenas must be served at the District office.
