Seed Grasping Investigation

Fourth graders are busy learning all about animal adaptations. They completed a Seed Grasping Investigation which allowed them to mimic different bird beaks using tweezers/tongs and attempt to pick up a variety of seeds. They collaborated to determine which "bird beak" was best adapted for each seed.
