1st Grade Light Experiments

First grade students have been conducting experiments to learn how light can behave differently when it strikes various objects and materials.  They have learned the meaning of science terms: transparent, translucent, and opaque.   Creating a dark box allowed students to investigate how the amount of light in area affects what you can see. First graders love Science experiments!
