Valley Vista High School Calendar of Events

This year, our Canned Food Drive will take place October 20th–October 31st, coinciding with Homecoming Week and the week after.Our students will once again be competing by class to see who can collect the most cans. This is a fun tradition that not only builds school spirit but also helps support families in our community.We would love for you to join us in encouraging students to participate and help us reach our goal. Let’s work together to make Valley Vista #1 in the district again while making a difference for those in need!

Dysart Unified School District invites the community to a Job Fair on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 from 3:00-5:00p.m. at the Dysart Support Facility located at 13825 W Desert Cove Rd., Surprise, 85379. The Job Fair will feature a variety of employment options within Dysart Schools. High need areas include crossing guards, paraprofessionals, often referred to as classroom assistants, child care and preschool aide positions, maintenance positions, and bus aides. Interested candidates may walk in between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Interested applicants can also apply online for any open positions at Dysart.org/Careers prior to or at the Job Fair.  Qualified candidates will be able to complete a screening interview on October 21. Prospective applicants should bring their current resume and be ready for a screening interview.
