Academic Letter & Bar
- 10th Grade Letter: 4.0 Cumulative Weighted GPA from 9th grade
- 11th Grade Letter: 3.9 Cumulative Weighted GPA from 9th & 10th grade
- 12th Grade Letter: 3.8 Cumulative Weighted GPA from 9th, 10th & 11th grade
- Student must have been enrolled with VVHS from the beginning of the year to the end of the year
- To recognize continued academic success, Bars are awarded to students who have qualified for an Academic Letter previous years
- All reports pulled from records based on District Office Standards
Honor Roll & Principal’s List
- All students have the opportunity to achieve Honor Roll or Principal’s List
- Honor Roll Requirements- 3.5-3.99 Cumulative Weighted GPA
- Principal’s List Requirements- 4.0+ Cumulative Weighted GPA
- Students will be recognized for their accomplishments for the Fall or Spring semester of that year
- Certificates will be presented in class during 3rd hour announcements
- All reports are pulled from records based on district office standards
Top 1% Award
- Will receive a personalized inscribed medal
- Students must meet Academic Letter qualifications listed above
- Students receiving this recognition are the current top 1% of their graduating cohort.
