9/11 Day of Education

In Arizona, September 11 is observed as 9/11 Education Day, when public schools dedicate time to age-appropriate education about the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. As part of our observance, all students and staff are invited to wear red, white, and blue on Wednesday, September 11th.
