Thank You West Point families-

Thank you for your generous donations to our school and community. We appreciate the bags of candy donated for the Hall of Treats and the food items donated for the District Food Drive. Your kindness and support are appreciated!

Afternoon Pick Up Times

We’ve recently noticed an increase in students being picked up late after dismissal. To ensure student safety and smooth school operations, please make arrangements to pick up your child on time each day.

Mondays: No later than 2:00 PM

Tuesday–Friday: No later than 4:00 PM

We truly appreciate your cooperation and attention to this important matter. Thank you for helping us keep all students safe and supervised.

Veterans Day Tribute

The West Point Arts Academy cordially invites all veterans and those currently serving to “A Tribute to Veterans”. This event will include readings and performances by our choir, band, and orchestra.

If you are a veteran, still serving, or have someone in your family that has, please add their photo and fill out this 2025 West Point Slideshow link. If you have sent photos from previous years, your photos are still in our slideshow presentation. You do not need to resend.

A Tribute to Our Veterans

Friday, November 7th 2:30PM

Doors open at 2:15PM for all guests; West Point families and Veterans are invited.

Location: West Point Elementary

PERFORMERS: Choir, 5th-8th Grade Strings and 7th/8th Grade Band (Concert Dress for all performers is ALL BLACK; Please wear all black throughout the school day.)

PTSA Student Store

The Student Store will be open during lunches on Friday, Nov. 7th. Both cash and preloaded funds are accepted. Families can preload money onto the PTSA store account here. Don't forget, all students wearing a West Point spirit shirt receive a free bag of popcorn.

Family Thanksgiving Lunch

The Family Thanksgiving Lunch will be held on Wednesday, November 19th, during student lunch times. Families are invited to attend and enjoy lunch with their students. Guest lunches will be $5 each, cash only at the door. Please return the RSVP paper that was sent home last week no later than Wednesday, November 5th, so we can plan for the number of expected guests.

Turkey Trot

The West Point Turkey Trot will take place on Friday, November 21st during special area times. Families are welcome to attend and cheer on their runner. We appreciate the PTSA for sponsoring this event and providing the prizes for each grade's winning runners.
