Phoenix Opera Visits West Point

The Phoenix Opera recently visited West Point to perform two shows. Kindergarteners through 4th graders watched Beauty and the Beast and participated in a Q&A with the actors. They also learned the critical audience role of calling "bravo" at the end of a number. Fifth through 8th graders watched "Who Wants to be an Opera Star." This fun gameshow-style performance allowed students to learn more about the opera genre in a fun and entertaining way.
