West Point Weekly Update, 1/27/25

West Point Show Choir

Calling all 6th, 7th, and 8th Graders interested in joining Show Choir. There will be an informational meeting in the music room on Wednesday, January 29th, from 4-4:30 pm. Anyone interested in joining but unable to make the meeting can sign up outside the Dance Room. If you have any questions, see Ms. Truitt or Ms. DeNoma.

Benchmark Testing

Spring Benchmark testing is this week. Please help your child prepare by having a good night’s sleep and a healthy breakfast, and bring a book on the day of testing. We are excited to see the growth our students are making.

Chocolate Fundraiser Money Due Wednesday

All money from the World’s Greatest Chocolate Fundraiser is due by Wednesday, January 29th. Thank you for all you have participated!

Quarter 2 Honor Assemblies

Quarter 2 Honor Assemblies will be held on Friday, January 31st, to celebrate students who earned Principal’s List, Honor Roll, Perfect Attendance, and SPARK Student of the Month.

Parent Teacher Conferences

Parent Teacher Conferences are next week, February 3-7th. Please see Parent Square posts by your child’s teacher for sign-up information. Please plan for early release dismissal at 1:45 PM on Thursday, Feb. 6th, and Friday, Feb. 7th.
